Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company (CVMIC) strives to offer the entire training calendar as scheduled, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances require a rare cancellation. Therefore, participants are encouraged to consult the CVMIC.com main webpage for cancellation updates.
In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, with a day or more notice, every attempt will be
made to contact each registered participant in advance. In the event of an emergency or morning-of cancellation (e.g., extreme weather), an update will be made on the main CVMIC.com home page.
CVMIC recognizes the logistical burden that cancellations create for our members. As a result, virtual training is typically offered during the bulk of the winter months to mitigate weather-related challenges. CVMIC appreciates your patience with extreme weather or last-minute illness.
CVMIC also asks our members to unenroll themselves from programs that they know they cannot attend. Participants are encouraged to use the self-service tool through NeoGov ‘Learn’ to cancel, or to reach out to CVMIC staff to make the arrangements. Your help in controlling the cost of food, beverages, and photocopies is greatly appreciated.
