“Evaluating talent in a competitive market”: Performance evaluations
Employees routinely report that in order to be successful in their career it is critical to receive performance feedback from their leaders. Unfortunately, when done incorrectly, the performance evaluation process creates confusion and a decrease in performance.
After attending this program participants will be able to:
- Establish the value of the performance evaluation process
- Create a clear, fair, and effective performance evaluation system
- Implement and communicate the employee performance evaluation process
This day will help establish the foundation of a performance evaluation program while giving participants the opportunity to practice evaluation skills and processes.
