“Walk the talk”: Performance communication (Coaching and Feedback)

Developing effective employees is one of the most important functions of a successful leader. Leaders often have few reservations about sharing praise with high-performing employees; however, it is often uncomfortable and difficult to have conversations that help push low-performing employees to improve.

After attending this program participants will be able to:
-Explore the value of appropriate feedback
-Prepare for performance feedback using a framework
-Practice preparing and delivering feedback
-Improving performance-related feedback is a critical part of employee development, retention, and hiring.

Successful leaders must be able to motivate and recognize employees to meet organizational needs.

CVMIC will provide lunch and beverages as part of the training day.
