“Walk the talk”: Performance communication (Coaching and Feedback)
Developing effective employees is one of the most important functions of a successful leader. Leaders often have few reservations about sharing praise with high-performing employees; however, it is often uncomfortable and difficult to have conversations that help push low-performing employees to improve.
After attending this program participants will be able to:
- Explore the value of appropriate feedback
- Prepare for performance feedback using a framework
- Practice preparing and delivering feedback
- Improving performance-related feedback is a critical part of employee development, retention, and hiring.
Successful leaders must be able to motivate and recognize employees to meet organizational needs.
