“Soft skills the hardest task”: Emotional intelligence, time & stress management
Successful leaders are often expected to possess strong technical skills (“hard skills”) within their job; however, more importantly, success as a leader is often measured by building successful relationships and managing self effectively (“soft skills”). It is important for leaders to take the time to develop these soft skills.
After attending this program participants will be able to:
- Develop and practice effective time management techniques
- Analyze the personal and social components of emotional intelligence
- Transform their understanding and management of stress
This training will help participants build the personal skills needed to be the leader others need.
